Lol actually I have already been doing as you suggested before this thread was made. BUT, I thought some positive results about how useful these ideas are would be good to see.

I still went for need, which is why I had so few picks (trading up to get these guys), but it is nice to show people that these suggestions do work. Fortunately my needs matched the BPA.

You don’t do mock drafts. They are a tool to show you what the media believes teams are thinking. They get more accurate later in the season.

So they are simply there to give you an idea about how the players might be drafted.

Also, NO ONE will have much info in week 6. Your scouts need time to scout players. You set it early in the year and then don’t come back until the next major scouting task appears, and over the season those players your scouts are emphasizing will get more information on them.




As for your lack of knowledge of grades in certain areas, that is by design. You have to in week 1 and 2 VERY carefully choose your scouts and their regions based on where the projections and physical grades suggest the players you need will be. You can’t just mindlessly do this. You need to have a PLAN, and you need to formulate that plan in WEEK ONE, only adjusting it as you get new information.

And then later in the year more information will be discovered. When you’re in the scouting main hub, I think if you press or triangle it will show the scouting SCHEDULE, and that will let you know approximately when more info will come.

It’s apparently glitched at the moment, so you supposedly have to pick three players from the same position. Regardless, you won’t get that knowledge immediately after hitting the button.

So this is how I sort my favorites.

I put them in order first by projected round, then once all the rounds are sorted, they go in depth chart order. This helps me see my needs by round, if I need to move up or down, or out of the round all together.20211019_114054.jpeg20211019_114115.jpeg20211019_114127.jpeg

it gets bumped up the week after, but there's a glitch. you need to pick 3 players from the same position or it doesn't work.

I've seen this happen once, I went through and looked at a few of the top WR and only favorited them if they had great-elite speed. Got to the combine and pro day results and he had ran a 4.5 and 4.48 and then had solid speed.

I'm sure it's probably happened a few others times as well if it's happened once just never noticed it.
