I deleted the game, went offline and re downloaded offline with no patch. Soooooo as long as I never ever go back online again, I can experience a bug free madden without the new ******* scouting update and the bonus Crashing Franchise Mode. Easy peasy

Idk why I got my hopes up thinking there really was a solution lol. I can’t even play in my own 32-man online CFM that I run because the scouting update caused my game to crash every time I try playing against another user
