X-Factor showing as SS

I have 3 X-Factors on my team (2 defense, 1offense) but in game they show as superstars.

The other teams XF's are there and they get in the zone normally etc ...

Anyone know how to fix it?

Do your coordinators have the x factor ability unlocked?

Don't know if this your case, but apparently if the X factor player is not playing well, they will be temporarily downgraded to SS.

I've found that if I have 2 X-factors at the same position (which usually ends up being WR because it's easy to pass their development scenarios) the player with the lower overall shows as a superstar on the field.
