Could suspensions be coming to Madden 22?

In Bengals last franchise video he had a player get suspended. It might have been a Photoshop but swami was also in the video. Bengal has gotten title updates in advance before with the scouting update. Maybe this is a small preview of what could be coming into madden in the very near future with one of the reported additions is an expansion of the scenario engine.

Definitely a photoshop and some narrative creativity on the part of Bengal. Madden never uses the fonts found in the “Suspended” UI element pictured above.

Never, the NFL wants to promote a squeaky clean image. They won't even allow a real injury like concussions. Fantasy land.

Aside from the question of whether the NFL would allow it, I think adding suspensions would require far too much development to be part of an in season update.

I would hope so anyway. Adding suspensions without having any underlying system to direct and manage it would be a poor addition.
