People's opinions vary, JMD is saying in the beta impressions thread he is getting his rear end handed to him by the CPU.

If that is true, I hope people won't complain and force EA to loosen the defense.

Yea i just saw his comment after i i made this thread

So the question still remains and your right if its challenging like he said it is and good CPU QB play then is a must have
But if the CPU is stll easy like the past then Madden 23 doesn't deserve the Next Gen Title

Madden hasn't been challenging since 06 and Madden 12

I'm interested to see if my beta code comes today and if it's harder due to smarter AI situational awareness or madden with the non realistic qb, OL, an Wr play. Like ratings go out the window and everyone is hof worthy almost during said drive etc.

Have they fixed the game really or just more fluff. I'd love to see higher rated lineman eat olinemen up and vice versa. Hate seeing 99 rated players stonewalled or ran over by lesser rated match-up repeatedly. They advertised it so wait an see as always.

I guess Im lucky... I had to drop the difficulty level down to 'pro' because everything else was to hard for me
