Been trying to get this to work, honestly not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I keep getting "Run-time error '1004' PasteSpecial method of Range class failed".

I've enabled macros, I've seemingly done everything in the instructions correctly...

If it helps, when I look at the debugger it highlights this syntax as the issue -
Range("AI2").PasteSpecial xlPasteValues

Any help is appreciated.

What version of Excel do you have? It sounds like you aren't running the most current version. This has been an issue with Excel 2016 and below. I'm not sure why.

I believe there is a bug in the code that was inadvertently giving a Dev upgrade bonus to a select few incoming draftees due to how the lookup formula was written. It will be fixed in the next version .

Just an quick update. I've been working on a new version with some cool tweaks to current features to make this tool even better. Hope to have it done soon. There will be a conversion macro as well so you can continue your franchises as well.
