As soon as I go my camp into my first pre-season week, there are a ton of FA Going to other teams, How can I turn this off?

You cant just wait for the opening day roster when all the rosters are filled, this happens year in and year out just wait.

I understans that, but there has to be a way for these FA like Jeff George not to be signed by another team, as soon as you enter PS mode, All these guys get signed by teams.

Basically until opening day rosters, you would have to change all the FA ratings to make them bad players, a lot of work though.

I think thw CPU is set to pick up the top 10 guys off Fa before your start playing and place them on teams..

MVP has the best engine for this, you can turn off ALL tranactions in the middle of the season or at the beginning to keep your rosters accurate.

all the FA's seem vastly overrated. there's a reason they're still FA's. sure, some may be holding out for better contracts, but look at a player like Jason Gildon. He couldn't make a roster last year, and he's rated like 87 ovr.

Very true, many free agents are overrated. However, I really don't mind teams signing FA's...I like my franchise to take a life of its own. Before I start a franchsie, I will get the rosters as close as I can, then from then on, the franchise can breathe on its own.
