The Sean Jones thing is annoying as heck! I don't get it. The guy who's actually active is still on IR, but Kellen Winslow is active. They keep him out of the depth chart's top two strings, but he still plays on special teams because he's active. I'm disappointed EA would not allow you to change previous injuries -- I guess for realism -- yet not take the time to get it right.

Turn injuries and pre-exsiting injuries off before you start your franchise and sean jones will be off the ir after the training camp games.After the training camp games turn injuries back on.

i don't think that you can release someone who is listed on "ir" in exhibibtion mode. if you go to features and rosters and release players and select someone who is on ir, it says you cannot because the player is on ir. i really play exhibition games only and this sucks for me due to the roster limit being at 55, once a team has more than 2 guys on ir, you can't get the 53 man roster exact.....

Yep, that's why they need to fix the IR. When someone goes on IR, the roster spot opens up. The cap still is counted. They've had this backwards for years.
I mean, take away the extra two roster spots (53 instead of 55) and fix the IR. Please!!!!
