how does one use this site effectively? I am a bit confused with FBG's ratings. For example, current players on the rise are getting ratings boosts by FBG, however...i don't see how they are getting their updated OVR ratings in red box.

Could someone try to explain how to use this site in changing character ratings ourselves?

i just use it for players that not on the game not 2 change rating,

what if i want to adjust certain player settings to improve/degrade their ratings according to how they are doing as of now?

it seems like a good idea to use FBGratings as a base but I don't understand it really. if there is another source, let me know.
