Xbox roster files

Is there an updated roster file with draft picks that can be used with a franchise? Or is this not possible? I might try to make one myself, but I would hate to take the time to find out that it just can't work in franchise mode.

It's probably a bit outdated in terms of player movement but it's the best file for Xbox I've found.An updated roster with draft picks must be a franchise file due to CAP restrictions.
