Just heard on WIP in Philly that Detmer and Pinkston have been cut from the Eagles...Thats like the Niners cutting Montana and Rice....

And the Eagles signed AJ Feely. I agree with Kdawg, wouldnt it make more sense to leave injured players on their respective teams rather than releasing them? Just bump them down the depth chart.

why leave an injured player on the roster, that's just taking up space from someone who is probaly going to start. Feel free to do what you want with the rosters ounce you download them. but for me all season ending IR players will be in the FA pool.

With the extremely limited options for keeping Madden rosters/depth charts current,it is sometimes necessary to cut a guy on IR to fit a guy who IS going to play onto a teams' roster.

True, very true. why leave players on teams who's on the IR, ? It just don't make any sense, green bay has over 6 guys on the IR that's 6 spaces that can be used for players who are going to play this year.

Yes but when you play your dynasty, don't other teams pick up the players in free agency? Then all of a sudden you have Curtis Martin rushing for 1000 yds with the Bengals.....

I just edited them to 0's anyways. Think about it, it'll be literally the year 2008 before we know is LaCharles Bentley will ever be a good player again. I don't plan on still be playing Madden 07 in 2008. As far as Madden 2007 is concerned Bentley has retired.

It also promotes roster volatility, which Madden doesn't have.

will these rosters work on Madden 06? New to this and not sure.
