So this is different than the other 100 percent file? If I get this, it would mess up my franchise i started today, right?

This should definitely get stickied like BL's thread. You are the man Sjoh...your rosters are basically flawless and you SMOKED EA on getting them out on time. I wonder how many monkeys they have devoted to their "update" (which we all know will be missing many guys that made rosters)? They should hire you.

Yeah, but guys like Domanick Davis, Marshall Faulk, Curtis Martin... are on the FA list, if you start a franchise with these the computer controlled teams will surely pick up these guys.

They did get picked up right away when I did a franchise. Except for Marshall, but any of the big names that are on the FA list get picked up right away in franchise. If you want you can add them to the team they are supposed to be on before you start Franchise. But then you won't really have an accurate roster. Either way you lose. I should point out, I'm not saying that as a knock against the rosters, that's a mistake on EA's side.

Personally, Id rather put the players on the correct teams, because even though players are injured for this year, they will be back next year. It seem that some players are just gone (ex: Chad Greenway) and were probably edited into another player. Thats cool and all, but it kinda sucks for franchise players because Greenway (who could easily be a stud in a couple of years) is out of the league to make space for players who probably will never contribute.

I dont want to seem ungrateful because I honestly appreaciate the hard work put into these rosters for us. Im just not really sure if its better to have accurate rosters for one year (with the IR players off your team) or every year following (with the players on the team regardless of IR status).
