How to stop?

Once I load the updated rosters and start a franchise, how can I stop the cpu from doing all of it's roster moves in the preseason?(360)

Easiest way is to control all 32 teams. Kind of time consuming between games, but it prevents the rediculous trades and players being released.

Go to FRANCHISE OPTIONS, make a team ACTIVE and set each item to USER then make the next team ACTIVE and repeat the process for all 32 teams.
