I Have the rosters for xbox360

i have the rosters for xbox360 but im kinda new at this so i dont know how to get the rosters from my memory card to the computer so i can post for u guys could someone tell me step by step how 2 post them

Alright here you go.

1. Create a new XBOX Live Profile named Madden or whatever you want.
2. Go into Madden with YOUR XBOX Live Profile and load YOUR rosters.
3. Now load the created XBOX Live Profile. Your rosters will still remain loaded.
4. Now go into My Madden, Load/Save, and save the roster to your memory card. You might just double check that it has all the changes you made.
5. Exit Madden.
6. Now in the XBOX dashboard, go to your memory on your hard drive and copy the created profile to your memory card.
7. Connect your transfer kit to your computer and load the transfer kit program. Now if you go to the memory tab (I believe), it will ask if you want to copy the contents. Copy them.
8. Now go to My Documents/My Received Files (Or wherever you save your memory images from the transfer kit.
9. Then post a thread and click manage attachments at the bottom and upload the .z36 file.
10. Now you should be able to post it.
