How do you upload rosters to this site

Can someone please tell me how to get rosters to this site.

I'm on PS3

Check out the thread can someone please upload the latest rosters thread. Coogrfan has some great instructions there. If you have trouble let us know.

Look for the "Attach File" in the "Additional Option".
Click the "Manage Attachments" and add the ZIP file from where ever you save it on ur comp.

Attach Files Valid file extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd rar txt zip

Thks but can you start from when you make the roster on PS3 and save it. Cuz i don;t get how to get it to the computer either.

Oh, I thought you had a 360. Its even easier on the PS3. You just need a compatible memory stick (if you have the more expensive one), a USB drive, or just use your digital camera and a USB cable (which is what I do). Don't remember the other details, but I am sure a search in google will bring it up.

I checked google and could'nt find anything on rosters from PS3 to computer only computer to PS3.

Can't you just transfer the file from the PS3 to the usb pen drive in the usb port of the PS3?
Then,with the same pen drive in the usb slot of your PC,you would just transfer the file from the memory stick to any destination on your computer(i.e. My Documents).

I just don't get how to transfer the file from the PS3 to the USB stick
