This is official EA roster update #4.1 (they released update #4 on 10/24, and then a corrected version that fixed some glitches a couple of days later). It's the raw roster, I made no changes of any sort.

I don't have an xport360, so I'm not entirely sure how it works, but I suspect the problem lies in that fact that the file I posted isn't a game save, it's an "image" created for use with Datel's Transfer Kit and Xchange 360 software.

Here's a tutorial vid for transfering NCAA rosters in Xchange 360 format to a format usable by your xport360, maybe it will help.

360 ... QUICK QUESTION . I HAVE INTERNET AND TRIED TO DOWNLOAD ROSTERS BUT I NO LONGER HAVE X BOX LIVE . IS LIVE NEEDED JUST TO DOWNLOAD THE NEWEST ROSTERS ? THANKS IN ADVANCE .

If you mean directly from EA, yes you need a Live Gold account. If you have a Datel Transfer kit you can get the roster from the link I posted earlier.
