PS3 roster download please

Use WinRar, I would send it in .zip but my PS3 hasn't been getting online at all the last few weeks so I'm without it because I deleted it completely when I heard of the new roster update. Hopefully someone will post that here.

If your PS3 is connected to the internet, your rosters will automatically be updated when you start an online game.
This is option #1.

If your PS3 is not internet connected, this is as I understand it:
Download a roster update file to your PC and unzip if necessary.
Move file to a memory card or flash drive (the 40GB model does not have memory card slots.)
File path should be PS3\SAVEDATA\roster file name here.
Connect memory card/flash drive to PS3 and copy file(s) using Game/Saved Data Utility in the PS3 XMedia bar. HTH.

Thx man i have a 40gb and what type of flash drive do I need?

I used a Kingston DataTraveler 2GB USB flash drive (which cost me $20) to import NCAA draft classes.
Worked for me without any grief. No formatting required.
