I need HELP uploading my ROSTER file into my thread.

Can anyone please tell me step by step how to put file into my thread. I saved my roster onto my memory card from my XBOX 350. Then i placed the memory card into the datel transfer kit and backup the card and it made a saved image z36 file thats 13,5 MB. What am im doing wrong how do i get file smaller or whats the problem?

You're not doing anything wrong. Xchange (the program you're using) creates an image file of the entire Memory Unit, that's why the file is so large. You can't work with single files with Xchange like you can Xplorer360.

I suppose you have a hdd on your 360 as well as having that Memory Unit, correct? If so:

1) Delete everything from the Memory Unit (MU)

2) Copy the roster onto the MU

3) Connect the MU to your PC and use Xchange to create the image file (>z36)

4) Upload the .z36 file to a free hosting site. If you don't know of any just give me a couple minutes and i'm going to come back and edit this post, I will list a couple I know of and use.

5) Then just provide a link to the roster you uploaded in your roster thread.
