How do I get around the stupid Salary cap?

Im trying to update the jags roster and i cant because when i try to sign spencer it has a bitch and said *cant salaly cap is full blahblahblah*

and there is no way to turn it off unless in franchise... so what can I do anyone know?

nevermind I figured out a way around it

simply sign the player to a team that can afford him lower his ratings to 0 release him

then BOOM can sign him because his ratings are crap

then simply fix his ratings back to how they were

or you can simply just release WR troy williamson bc he takes so much cap off the jaqs cap room and he is likely going to get released once jerry porter comes back. You can release and sign him again for less.
