Hey i just got my 360 back today form microsoft and i can confrim the madden 09 roster worked and idk about the ncaa 09 one as i dont own that game.

You're welcome. Sure, if it is out (I couldn't get it for some reason on Friday (maybe it wasn't out yet)), I will get it up by the end of the evening. I will also be posting the latest DKrause NCAA 09 roster along with it in the same z36 file if you need that.
