That error usually pops up when you're trying to use a 512mb memory card with the xchange 360. If that's the case, get the xport 360 program to transfer it.

You also may have an incompatible memory card. Even if it's a 64mb card, I've noticed some cards being sold online that are 64mb, but when you plug them in to the xport 360 program it says it's a xbox 1 card. But they work on the 360 as a 64mb.

So I don't know how to help ya out there. Especially if it worked before.

I'd keep trying different things. Like making sure the card has nothing on it before trying it out.

yeah it was working before i dont know what i did and it's a 64mb..i tried uninstalling the datel xchange program and the memory unit i formatted it and it has nothing on it.. so i dont know i probably have to wait until i get another one and see if by chance the one i have is broke...if you have any advice on what i should do let me know or if anyone came a cross this problem let me know thanks..i get a memory card error that states to reinsert the card..

Try different combinations of having the program openned before plugging in the card to your computer. Plug it in first, then open the program. Try both those options with having the card already plugged in to the cord then plugging it to the computer, and the other way of having the cord plugged in first then putting the card in.

I can vaguely remember a time where that worked for me. No prommises though.

Doesn't hurt to try.
