I think Matt ryan has not earned top 10 status nor do I think he is top 10 status (yet) but he is quite close in my opinion. I would think he is maybe kind of close to the top 10 like top in between top 12-15.

Joe flacco is either behind or in front of Matt Ryan by just one spot. They were rookies, let them have another year or two before even making them a top 10 QB.
