I've learned one thing over the many years here at OS browsing the roster forums. NOBODY has ever released their file on the initial date they say they will. All the roster makers come up with these lofty goals and I really believe they have good intentions. They just never come through and there's always delays.

I think the makers and editors of these rosters should just stop posting their projected release dates altogether.

Yeah so I had the balls to call him out, big deal. Too much talk from this kid and nothing to show for it. Excuse after excuse led to nothing. If he really intended on releasing it, he would have done it anyways. He copped out like a lil beotch.
