I get the game tomorrow via fed-ex, if I start a franchise and then they come out with a roster update will I have to restart my franchise? if so when do you think I should start my franchise?

You would have to restart your chise.

Im going to start mine after (a) the roster update and (b) I get a decent NCAA draft class for next year.
