Re: Draft classes?
I too am using the NCAA 10 draft class. I actually simmed up to 10 years just because I would rather have a rookie coming from USC knowing he actually was a blue chip, and went through the USC program rather than some made up man claiming he was from USC that Madden made up.
Alot of people were complaining due to some 99 speed guys coming into Madden 10 with lower speeds, but we don't know how these guys would come into the league. Whats considered fast in college might not cut it in the NFL where the whole game is faster, a man may not be able to utilize his speed as well.
So I feel like Madden didn't want C.J. Spiller just coming into the league just dominating so they felt like he should be a 89 speed which on Madden is pretty fast and can work out good. We must remember that 89 speed is in relation to the other fast running backs in the league.
Plus they might have had some injuries that could have affected their combine scores, but for the most part people like Tayor Mayes from USC comes out a beast, so does Tebow and Bradford. Some rookies have really low ratings, but hey, they're rookies! Just makes it more fun and challenging to make that rookie better.
