Makes sense, because he has no contract and isn't part of the team whatsoever yet. As soon as he is (IF he is), I'm sure they'll put him back.

Its clear to EA that Crabtree is not under contract with the 49ers and since that's so he will not be in game. I don't expect him to return to the game for the rest of the updates from EA. ESPN has said that he has until 11/27 to sign a contract to play this season. I do indeed expect him to sit out the whole season and re-enter the 2010 NFL Draft.

i wish he'd be a free agent instead. hes an entertaining player. btw i think the cowboys will draft him. he's from dallas texas and everyone is giving romo crap so jerry will want another star receiver besides him. it's just too perfect, unless someone else grabs him first. also demarcus ware is an expiring contract so their might not be cap for his huge contract he demands.

How are we getting punished, the guy is not on a team so he shouldn't be in the game. You can always create him.
