This makes no sense.

Ive just spent an hour tweaking the Bucs player ratings to what I think they should be ( down in most cases) using the new roster update. Before the update they were rated a collective 68 (about right)... now that I have made the individual ratings changes, they show as a 77..(too high with the way they are playing)

Anyone know what the overal "Team" rating is based on ?

No idea.

They are different in Play Now mode also.
