can someone please give me some help

what i'm wanting to do is star my franchise and make it so all the ir players that are on the ir can't play in the game so my questions are this, if i usercontrolled all 32 teams
1) where woud I find a list for every teams ir players
&
2) the players that are on the ir how would i make it so the wouldn't play in my offline franchise

any help and tips are greatly appreciated

When I start my franchise there's an option called "play with existing injuries" when this is on I never get to play with player on IR in my offline chises.
