He does need a boost, and his speed needs to be in the 90s. But don't expect him to be rated any higher then mid 70s. He isn't the best wideout.

And I agree with you 100%. I dont think he should be a high rated WR. I think that any rating that has to do with him as a KR should be raised. SPD, AGL, STR etc

Raise his strength, elusiveness, trucking, and vision. Not his speed.

In Madden, Speed is the one stat that really matters though. So if you want someone to improve vastly, improve the speed. You'll see the outcome a lot quicker than if you boost vision. When manually returning kicks, the user controls the vision by controlling where the runner goes.
