I'm looking to make accurate draft classes for the 360

Last year I made some but I know the rating system is different in Madden 2010. What exactly do I need to do to get guys to come out higher/lower? I know size has a lot to do with it, but how much do I need to increase height/weight to get people to improve/decline? Also, how do I make sure guys with dreds import into Madden with dreds?

I'm planning on using dkrause's file as a base for these.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: I'm looking to make accurate draft classes for the 360

Man I hate how random EA's imports from NCAA to Madden are. I went through and changed all the juniors that declared to seniors and will add QB's John Skelton (Fordham), Matt Nichols (Eastern Washington), and any other 1-AA guys that need to be. I also changed height and weight to reflect what guys came into the combine as.

I'm using the latest roster file from dkrause (RomanCeaser) for the 360. I don't have a ton of time to mess with this but I'm going to do my best. So far I'd like the top 10 to play out like this or as close as I can get it.

1. Jimmy Clausen QB, Notre Dame
2. Ndamukong Suh DT, Nebraska
3. Gerald McCoy DT, Oklahoma
4. Sam Bradford QB, Oklahoma
5. Russell Okung OT, Oklahoma State
6. Eric Berry S, Tennessee
7. Joe Haden, CB, Florida
8. Bruce Campbell, OT, Maryland
9. Anthony Davis, OT, Rutgers
10. Jason Pierre-Paul, DE, South Florida

I'm still trying to figure out what ratings to raise or lower to get them into Madden as what they should be. I know the height and weight thing hurts some guys so I'll have to set the ratings where I want them and go from there.

Any feedback or suggestions would be great also. This isn't easy to do so I'm open to anything.

Could you post your roster in you locker for NCAA after you edit them?

I can post it there when it's done but just to be clear it's not my roster. It's dkrause's that I used as a base.

I use his as well but whenever I edit I never get consistent results.

Let me know when you get them done.
Maybe I can help with some of the edits.

I can't get them consistent either. Just when the QB's actually seem to go where they should (roughly) some other group will be all messed up. Then I'll do another sim and the QB's will be totally different. Ryan Mallett seems to go pro all the time so I might have to user control Arkansas and make him stay so another QB will go that should.

Not to mention a lot of guys go low no matter what. Eric Berry is pretty much maxed out for example on NCAA and I can never get him to get drafted high. I know size matters in Madden but I don't want to make him 6-2 just to get him drafted higher.

I know the feeling.
I controlled 6 team to try to curb the players from declaring too.
I heard you can make Berry a CB & then change him back to SS/FS in madden & it seem to keep him in the top 10 ish.
