If I sign Kampman to the Jaguars after the 2009-10 season and convert him to DE he is a 99 rated player.

I really don't think that is accurate, what should his rating really be?

in the mid 80's

You could just leave him at linebacker and play him at left end

I would say high 80's or low 90's. His last 3 seasons as a 4-3 DE were 15.5 sacks, 12 sacks, and 9.5 sacks. I could see putting it in the low to mid 80's if you don't think he will recover well from the injury though. Probably around a 85-87 if I had to pick.
