another dumb question, can I export a roster from my franchise?

I don't think I am able too but, here goes. What I am trying to do is take the current roster that is in my franchise (in this case I am going to be gaming out the 2010 season using daniverson1973s 2010 franchise file) what I would like to do is edit the ratings on some of the players, like turn down Brian Westbrook's INJ rating because of his knee and concussions. I don't see any way to save a roster file from Franchise and when I try to export the teams I cannot edit them in create a team. Just wanted to ask to see if what I want to do is possible or not.

you can export the teams seperatly for use in another franchise or expidetion mode, but no you can not export the roster seperatly.

How does exporting the teams from Franchise Mode work anyway? When I try to use exported rosters in another franchise, it says it won't work because it is an exported nfl team.
