That is definitely true.. Also take a look at Kendall Hunter RB out of Oklahoma State. He needs to replace N.Devine. I think Devine is like rated somewhere inbetween 12-15 for RBs.

Here's my new top 10 for the HBs of the 2011 NFL Draft class. Noel Devine has indeed been replaced by Kendall Hunter. Devine has been moved to the #10 spot while Hunter takes his place at #3. Yes, I will be creating a CAP for Maryland's Da'Rel Scott. His 40 time is an amazing 4.35 with 34" for his vertical jump and 19 reps of 225 lbs. He deserves to be ranked.
