I just got the Xbox Slim and it's way different than PS3 for saving to USB. How do I open the Cache Folder and put in that update?

Another question is how do I save the updated roster to a USB stick? It seems like the only choice with Xbox is to save entire game.

There is a new roster out today that puts alot of injured reserve players back in. I just lost in the playoffs last night and would like to start a new franchise with these. Are you planning on posting this roster update as well?
