Unzip it using Winrar or any other zipping program. Then transfer the "PS3" file onto your PS3 using a Flash Drive.

Hi this is my first post. Just wondering if anyone here has access to the European version of this game and still has PSN ability? I really want to play some up to date local play. I need the BLES00916-ROSTER update. I already have the 1.03 patch but I'm stuck with the old rosters.
