Does anyone have a list of the players in free agency?

I wanted to start a franchise and was hoping to get them in free agency in year 2 (just siting them for a year in free agency, simming without injuries so they wont get signed).

And it would be great as well if someone knows where i could find a list of all transactions that have been made so far (like jeremy shocky to panthers, marcus stroud to patriots and bob sanders to chargers).

Anyone know which date Madden 11 goes up to on this list? I assume February 6th, but I'm not 100% sure.
I plan on making and releasing a custom roster that will include all transactions and signings up to the upcoming draft, but I'm not sure at which date to start.

I have been tweaking my roster like crazy to match all the releases that have happened. The best thing to do is to whomever gets cut, lower their OVR so in the Player Management screen they would take a 1 year deal, and raise their OVR to lower than 80 since the AI doesn't re-sign players who are under 80 OVR to get an accurate Franchise when doing a 1 player Franchise.
