Totally dude, i've got an eagle eye for equipment inaccuracies. For example, it drives me nuts that Aaron Rodgers is wearing a big, clunky flak jacket in the demo.

Btw- let me just say that this forum is like alcoholics anonymous for me. Everytime i post something in the forums re: equipment, im guaranteed to get 20 comments like "who cares", "we're seriously talking about facemasks?!", or my least favorite- "why are we talking about [equipment issue] when [gameplay or game mode issue] doesnt work?".

Im with a lot of you. One of the first things i do when i get ANY sports title, is to make sure everyone on the team I'm using is correct equipment wise, then i work on the other teams that ill be playing. I feel having the correct equipment just adds to the overall immersion.

Its why correct equipment (like face masks, helmets etc) are so vital, regardless of what some may think. Having that stuff correct adds to the overall presentation for the game which is extremely important.

I always have to have my Madden guys look like their real life counterparts. I get all that squared away before I play a game.

i used to be like this on pro evolution soccer... like ocd calibre editing.

Even my Madden 03 was updated until Madden 10 came out...

Although this year I think I may be joining your ranks on Madden.

Last year the fact Sam Bradford wore reebok cleats infuriated me...

Every year it seems like there is some equipment issue. Iv noticed that the pad height for players is completely screwed up causing the players to look ridiculous. In edit player the pad height looks normal, however when you go to play a game the pad had is waaayyy too high, regardless of what u have the pad height slider set to. I really hope they can fix this, how that slipped through development is beyond me.
