Just stumbled upon this earlier. Now even tho there's no NCAA 12 for PS2 madden 12 still asks if u want to import a draft class. I imported one for NCAA 11 to see what it would do and it went through without a problem. That's either really cool or really lazy in EAs part..lol

I was actually really curious about this. I'm trying to find some 2012 rosters for NCAA 11 on the PS2 and then import my seasons into Madden 12. I haven't been successful finding the NCAA rosters though.
