Why is it that the Online Franchise rosters and the online rosters are different?

I just don't get it. Why make two roster sets? The online franchise roster is completely wrong - Mike Sellers removed from the game yet Chris Horton is still on the team? Yet the online roster has it almost 100%

That's because there's a totally different patch for Online Rosters. That's what everyone's griping about. The Online Franchise rosters are still Patch 1 Material, and no one can figure out why the new patch isn't transferable immediately for the OF!

Any idea how long that is going to be?
