thanks! I am going to try the USB fix to play online, I went from 18-11 to 18-22 disconnecting every time. Really hope loading rosters off USB helps, although I don't see why it would since it requires copying the roster to Hard Drive like it would be anyways. oh well...I am not going to question it, I haven't had an online game in a week and I am itching to get some online play before Sunday kickoff tomorrow! thanks for roster updates

tried loading data off USB before game and playing, still freezes. I guess online play is just disfunctional. I even disable media center, and have tried wired and wireless connections. It worked for 2 weeks, other games play online fine. so strange. I was finally getting decent online!!!!! sorry had to vent, nothing like having the GF out of town and the one time I can get endless gaming with no complaining my plan is foiled. If anyone for ps3 has found a way to get online play to not disconnect let me know

Could just be your connection not connecting too well with EA servers.
