What Hex editor are you using? I opened up some PS3 roster files in a couple of hex editors and it was all just straight HEX data... couldn't make heads or tales out of it.

Only works for 360 files bud! The PS3 file system is totally different.

I'm not a coder either. I wished Vlad from the NBA 2K series would take a look but I don't think he's into football.
