Very Frustrating...

Im am one who Love old teams, and since I like Madden 12 I thought Id try and make old teams.. I started the the 85 Bears..
I knew the rating system had changed.. But WOW..
How the Hell Do i Know about old players -- Power Moves? Finess Moves? Block Shedding, Pursuit? and many others??
Come On is ANYONE going to know these Types of ratings on 1972 Miami Players or the 64 Browns Players? UGH!!!!!!!!!! There is not enough hours in the week to research this stuff..
ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER???

I just base that stuff on which attribute or combination of attributes would seem to control that thing. A quick, agile defensive end would probably have better finesse moves while a stronger guy would be better with power moves; corners would have better man coverage than zone while safeties would be the opposite; etc.

player ratings as well as equipment (helmets, shoes, etc). of course not all ratings are there but it should be a decent starting point.
