Don't blame anyone because EA actually got this right - at least partially. Vilma re-appears on the Saints roster the week after the Super Bowl in CCM.

Payton might be a different story - Since coaches actually represent users in this game, they can't just pop him back into the Saints HC job and remove whatever's there. I don't see any sign of him after the Super Bowl.

Pretty sure I saw Vilma in year two of CCM when I simmed through couple seasons with early release last weekend. Online CCM.
