whenever i try to open this roster using modio, it says invald package specified. am i doing something wrong?

It is in a .zip file, so after you download it you have to right click on it and hit extract contents.

But where do you have to right click on it because when i right click on it when it is in google documents, it doesn't say that.

Do you have 7-zip or winrar? Right click the file in you downloads or desktop and whatever unzipping program, you have there should be something that says "extract" and click that.
