Can't sign Talib to NE in Play Now due to Salary Cap?

i was wondering that to,but the pats r already over the cap by 12.79 million, so you would have to do a lot of releasing to fix it yourself.

How I get around stuff like that is to release a player with a high salary cap, edit his attributes and lower them quite a bit (typically down til he's around 65 overall), then re-sign him to the team. That will free up quite a bit of money.

I don't do this on All-Star players though, I only do it on over-paid players.

i just tried it to no prevail.... i cut all the PS guys and the players on IR and still said pats would be over the salary cap. that was like 15 players i even cut gronk see if that help and same response lol. guess ea will go right in and place him on pats haha.

take talib lower his awareness to zero... then add him then raise awareness back to original number... now if u have been cutting alot of players u prob are at cap and screwed
