Weird unrealistic moves in offline career mode

Anybody else get these weird moves on offline career mode like Matt Schaub getting released from the Texans instead of getting franchised? And then they sign a guy Donovan McNabb to replace him? And then there's the Bucs releasing Josh Freeman and picking up a guy like Byron Leftwich to start. Is there any way to prevent this?

I have changed unwanted free agents to punter or kicker and then loaded the edited roster at start

But how do I switch them back to their normal positions during the CCM?

u cant change them back once u start ccm he was just suggesting that so no one signs them but unfortunately u cant prevent them from releasing players or stuff like that its maddens way of showing the unpredictable like in real life although schaub getting released is a shock but freeman not soo much cause i can see that happening if he has one more bad season
