I didn't use his list for my updates, but from what I see, his last update was on March 17th. My file has transactions done beyond that date.
I should mention that I did notice some errors in his list, one of which I can remember is with QB Dennis Dixon.

Great update. You kinda snubbed My Eagles though. They still have Mike Patterson who has been cut and two or three wide recievers as well also #53 Jason Phillips(69 Overall) from The Carolina Panthers was signed as well and they also traded for #17 A.Benn from Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

So this update will not work in Ireland/Europe??

I do not know if it is formatted to FAT32. How would i find out or format it if I need to?

If you have the PAL version of the game, then no it will not.

It was already formatted for FAT32. I just re downloaded it and the roster was fine by the other file the PS3 one said it was corrupt.
