Has anyone considered making two all rookie teams or a sophmore and rookie team?

I was thinking that this would be really fun, and a great way to get to know all the new players. Maybe having just one rookie team and one sophomore team or, if theres enough players possibly split the rookies into afc and nfc. I have no clue how I would go about doing this, but would love to know how if it's not too time consuming.
