How can i use the updated roster on career mode?

I managed to copy the roster file from the USB to the ps3, but when I go into the game, the roster file does not appear

same here, doesn't show up in the Madden 13 roster files...I have already done this a year ago with another file so it should be working , I believe something is different with this file...not sure what...

same here. Doesn't appear in the games load file and I know I've done everything correctly. Any help??
