Is it Possible to CREATE Draft Class WITHOUT Using NCAA?

Is it possible to Create a Draft Class(like in NBA 2k13) or do you have to Export it from NCAA Football? I posted this in another thread and didnt receive an answer.

I DONT have NCAA, so what I am asking is IF I get Madden, will I be able to make My Own Draft Classes? Just trying to figure out IF the game will have Franchise depth or will i be stuck with Generic Players. Thanks in advance for answers.

I believe so- people can upload their files of draft classes to the internet for you to use. This is done by USB flash drives. I am currently waiting in Preseason Week 4 so I can import because, like you, I didn't purchase NCAA.

I was Hoping to be able to Create Classes, because with NCAA, basically it is a RANDOM guess WHO will declare for the Draft. And it will have alot to do with HOW the NCAA Roster has been rated by the User who uploads it.

LOL yea man check my gamer profile I'm on all types of games. But yea no option to create a draft class just create a player.
